Our Process

As every client is unique, so are energy needs within a very dynamic market. In order to deliver practical and cost-effective energy management solutions to our clients, Enhanced Energy Services consultants structure projects around the following five-phase process.

Evaluation and Analysis

Our team begins by analyzing the client’s current position in the energy market, assessing both immediate and long term needs. We evaluate the client’s current energy purchasing and usage strategies, spend analysis procedures, and market forecasting mechanisms with the goal of developing comprehensive strategic intelligence – a necessary first step towards implementing a coherent business energy plan.

Strategy Design

Once our team has fully evaluated the client’s current energy consumer profile, we continue the process by preparing a practical and realistic energy procurement and usage strategy that focuses on both short and long term business objectives. This strategy is developed around three primary goals: mitigating facility energy costs, structuring overall energy procurement to take advantage of market opportunities, and organizing the client’s energy capitalization to provide strong efficiency benchmarking capability.

Program Implementation

Following strategy approval by our client, our team works with theirs to put the client’s new energy program into action.

Benchmark Reporting

As the strategy execution moves forward, Enhanced Energy Services delivers regular (monthly or quarterly) reports to the client detailing the measurable results of their new energy program.

Ongoing Support

In order to neutralize energy market volatility, our team delivers regular market intelligence reports to the client, detailing approaching market dynamics which may affect energy purchasing strategy in the near and long term. Our team then recommends (and, with approval, implements) program adjustments to take advantage of opportunities and to minimize risks as they arise.
